POTENTIAL ORDER DELAYS:
We are currently experiencing heavy demand for Michelin X Tweel UTV tires. As a result, shipping of some orders may be delayed.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RETURNS:
- Only unmounted Tweel tires in new condition may be returned.
- Tweel tires that have been mounted on equipment or otherwise used are not eligible to be returned.
- All returns must be authorized in advance by Customer Service. Please refer to the contact details on this web page.
- After a return authorization is issued, you have 35 days for your return to be received at the warehouse.
- After 35 days, the return will be rejected.
- After being received by the warehouse, your return will be processed in approximately 4-6 weeks.
